She was predeceased by: her father Salvatore Mancari; her husband William L. Rowe Sr.; her siblings, Joseph Mancari, Rosina Mancari and Anthony Mancari; and her grandson Keith W. Rowe.
She is survived by: her son William Jr. (Tracey); her brother Salvatore Mancari; her children, Antoinette, Vincent (Carolyn) and Salvatore (Siobhan); her grandchildren, Craig, Victoria, Mike, Cassie and Saoirse; and her great grandchildren, Raelyn, Samuel, Thea and Abigail.
