He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Howard and Margaret Ann Moody; and his brother Timothy M.. He is survived by: his children, Juliet M. and Troy S.; his grandchildren, Jaylen, Eli, Josiah and Eden; and his siblings, David, John and Tracy M..
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Layhill Community Church (1916 Bonifant Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20906). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
