He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Strong and Mary Lee Strong. He is survived by: his wife Queen E. Strong; his children, Theodore C. Strong (Lesa), Nicole D. Strong, David S. Threatt (Karen) and Carlo P. Threatt (Yolonda); his grandchildren, Alexis M. Strong, Darnell A. Threatt and Natisha R. Threatt; his great grandchildren, Kaida Van Buskirk, Alana Threatt and Declan Miley Threatt; and his siblings, Rosetta Mack, Shirley Graham, Wilma Waller, Sandra Gibson, Roosevelt Strong and Donald Strong.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Allen Chapel AME Church (2518 Fairland Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20904). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
