It is with sadness that the passing of Thomas F. DeCaro Jr. (Silver Spring, Maryland) is shared. Thomas, born on January 29, 1952, passed away on September 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace DeCaro and Thomas DeCaro. He is survived by: his brother James DeCaro; his wife Kandy; his daughters, Katie and Julia; and his granddaughters, Emma, Lucy and Alice.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (10103 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20902). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (13801 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20906).
