David William Rudolph Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David William Rudolph of Smithsburg, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 19, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virlus Floyd Rudolph and Susanna Rudolph (Horst); his wife Naomi H. Rudolph; his children, James Rudolph and Lois Martin (Marvin); and his son-in-law Raymond Rodes.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Rudolph, Luke Rudolph (Faye), Enos Rudolph (Loretta), Simon Rudolph (Grace Elaine), Rachel Hege (Daniel), Leah Rodes (Raymond), Mary Rudolph, Elizabeth Rudolph and Martha Groff (Earl); and his siblings, Noah Rudolph, Mary Hess and Martha Petre. He is also survived by 56 Grandchildren, 183 Great Grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stouffer Mennonite Church (23303 Welty Church Rd, Smithsburg, MD 21783). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
