He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Moore, (Behler) and Edward Joseph Moore, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra D. Moore (Williams); his children, Karen Colabucci (Michael) of Walkersville, MD, William Jones of Smithsburg, MD and David Upton (Barbi) of Hagerstown, MD; and his sister Angie Dwork (Andy). He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren; 5 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jl Davis Funeral Home (12525 Bradbury Ave, Smithsburg, MD 21783). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Parklawn Memorial Park (12800 Veirs Mill Rd, Rockville, MD 20853).
