He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Kate (Leatherman) and Thomas Franklin Draper. He is survived by: his sister Fonda Gormer (Jonathon) of Myersville, MD; his sibling's children, Jennifer Gormer (Clay Waite) of Cascade, MD and Joshua Gormer (Tracey) of Williamsburg, VA; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma, Patrick Waite, Cameron and Darcy Gormer; his close friend Rhonda Green; and his aunt Glenna Moser (Gary) of Hagerstown, MD..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the South Mountain Rod & Gun Club (23523 Foxville Rd, Smithsburg, MD 21783).
