She was predeceased by: her husband George Everett Hess; and her parents, Carmen Joseph Donovan and June Lorraine Donovan (Eichelberger). She is survived by: her daughters, Wendi Barrick (Mark), Jenni Meister (Joseph) and Kati Gastley (Allen Jr.); her grandchildren, Sean Barrick (Erica), Donovan Kozak, Allison Staley (Kyle), Delaney Kozak, Natalia Meister, Madison Gastley, Isabella Meister and Aubri Gastley; her great grandchildren, Landon Staley and Evelyn Staley; her sister Susie Lucas (Terry); her sister-in-law Barbara Barbe; her niece Carrie Lucas; her nephew Joseph Lucas (Shannon); her great-nephews, Ryan Lucas and Avery Roberts; her great-niece Alyssa Roberts; and her caregiver Thresa Salary.
