He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Ann (Carbaugh) and Raymond Leroy Ruck, Sr.; and his wife Barbara Ann Ruck. He is survived by: his children, Brian Ruck (Kathleen) of Great Bend, PA, Patricia Webb (Jeffrey) of Hagerstown, MD, Angelina Kitchen (Kenneth, Jr.) of Williamsport, MD and Destiny Ruck (Shaelyn) of Hagerstown, MD; and his sisters, Teresa Poole and Vicki Carroll (Denny). He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren.
