He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Donald and Eva Marguerite Miller Barlup; and his sister Virginia Lee Woods. He is survived by: his children, Julie Fitz (Donovan) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Richard Jr. (Jane) of Hagerstown, Shari Metzger (Rick) of Smithsburg and Tina Hudson (Adam) of Greencastle, PA.; his sister Donna Mae Hill of Maugansville, MD; Constance G. Bailey Bell (Barlup). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren.
