She was predeceased by: her husband James Lawrence Lowe; her parents, Lester V. Cole and Marie E. Cole (DeGrange); her sisters, Sally Kimmel and Shirley Whittington; and her mother-in-law Emily McGinnis.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Lowe (Melissa), Karen Fagan (Rick), Michael Lowe (Michele) and Angela Lowe; and her sister Nancy Shugars. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
