He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabelle Hazel (Sprenkle) and Clyde Washington Deal; his wives, Cheryl Joan Bowers and Linda L. Trumpower; his daughter Gwen Elizabeth Deal; and his siblings, Gerald Deal, Doris Kershner, Sandra Wilson and David Deal.
He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Clyde Deal, II of Smithsburg, MD and Eric Deal of Mercersburg, PA; his grandchildren, Cheryl Deal and Alex Brooks; his great grandchild Elias; and his siblings, Barbara Gardenhour and Dennis Deal. He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the J. L. Davis Funeral Home (12525 Bradbury Ave, Smithsburg, MD 21783).
