He is survived by: his children, Mattea Hartlove, Jonathan Proctor and Rhiannon Proctor; and his grandchildren, Dakota Grisez, Reganne Proctor-Bowens, Kyle, Brady, Payton Hartlove, Lamarr and Sydney White. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren.
