She was predeceased by: her parents, Eloise Catherine Dick Lytle and Ernest Leroy Lytle; her husband John Herbert Stevens; and her siblings, Ann Fitzgerald (John), Laverne Laubach (John) and James Lytle (JoAnn).

She is survived by: her children, Terri Lynn Smith (Carl), Michael Arthur Stevens (Debra) and Bruce Herbert Stevens (Lorie); her grandchildren, Todd Smullen (Jennifer), Scott Smullen (Vanessa), Stacy Smith (JR), John Stevens (Ashley), Matthew Stevens, Amanda Twilley (Aaron) and Daniel Stevens; her great grandchildren, Mikaela Taylor (Alex), Gracie Perry (Josiah), Shyanne Smullen (Tyler), Sierra Smullen, Pearce Smullen, Adam Jones, Abigail Jones, Christopher Stevens, Samuel Stevens and Alexander Stevens; and her great great grandchildren, Oakley Shockley and Colton Taylor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
