David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his son Justin L. Lewis; and his parents, Theodore Lewis and Laura Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Betty T. Lewis; his children, Angie Lewis, Stephen D. Lewis (Kathryn A. Lewis) and Bryan K. Lewis (Kerri R. Craige); his siblings, Adrian L. Rayne and Teddy Lewis; his grandson Jaxon C. Lewis; and his pet Buster. He is also survived by his family, friends.
