It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Shelton of Snow Hill, Maryland, born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on February 16, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Randolph William Bishop and Hester Mary Bishop (Beckett); her husband Roy Shelton; her former life partner George Curry; her brothers, Ben Bishop Sr. and Joseph Bishop; and her nephew Bernard Ayres.

She is survived by : her daughter Tammy Bishop (LeVance Wamley); her grandson Zion Wamley of Snow Hill, MD; her brother Randolph William Bishop Jr. of Flushing; her niece Ivy Bishop of Snow Hill, MD; and her nephew Ben Bishop Jr. of Texas. She is also survived by cousins, other extended relatives, and friends.

“Ms. Dorothy Iam going to really miss you and wont never forget you, You help me and my son Rj discover news things that we thought we was incapable of doing, like the flooring in your house we did for you, hanging cabinets, and so many other things, you really kept us busy . Ms.Dorothy the last time I talked and seen you, on 2/10/21 you told me you had a list of things for me to do, sorry we didnt get to do them , but when I see you again Im sure you will let me know (SMILE)...
