He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Lowe, Sr. and Naomi Lurena Hudson Lowe; and his brothers, Robert (Bobby) and Jack Lowe. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandy Grim (Don), Debbie Collins (Grover) and Bill Lowe (Carol); his brother-in-law Ed Watson; and his close friends, David Dunbar and Kevin Malone. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
