It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph E. Baine of Snow Hill, Maryland, who passed away on March 10, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Harrison Baine, Sr. and Eleanora Purnell Baine; and his wife Rachel Baine. He is survived by : his children, Shawntel Baine Manning (Bernardo), Barbara Dale and Eric Moore; his siblings, Gladys Andrews, Doris Mills, Ruth Baine, Rose Baine, Harrison Baine, Jr. (Mary), Virgil Baine (Regina), Donald Baine (Rachel), Eugene Baine and Kim Baine; and his goddaughter Ziara Waters. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
