She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert DeBoy and Mildred DeBoy (Elliott); and her sister Donna Philyaw. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Swann; her daughter Michele Bowen (John Wood); her granddaughter Crystal Bowen (Tim Hurley); and her great grandchild Cash Hurley. She is also survived by many extended family members and lifelong friends.
