She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Thye Bushnell; her son-in-law William D. Bushnell of Port Republic, MD; her son Scott Randall Thye of Lakeland, FL; and her sister Evelyn Pickett Hurston of Birmingham, AL. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
