He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Noel and Ethel Noel; his sister Jeanne Pryble; and his daughter-in-law Mary Noel. He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Brian, Mark of George Town and Renee of Chapel Hill, NC; and his sisters, Anne Barnes and Josephine Tartisel. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
