She is survived by: her children, Chris Bartlett (Veronica) and Amber (John); her grandchildren, Christian, Maddy, Kara, Hunter and CJ Bartlett; and her siblings, Sammy, Tammy, Toni and Andrea. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
