He was predeceased by: his father Hugh Levy; and his brothers, Andrew Levy and Clifford Levy. He is survived by: his mother Arlene Levy; his sister Pam Kohlenstein (Edward); his sister-in-law Izabella Levy; and his nieces and nephews, Emily Sidelnikov (Jacob), Zena Levy and Hudson Levy.
