With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis Whitaker Smith of Stevenson, Maryland, who passed away on October 13, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Smith and Betty Smith; and his sister Virginia Wrenn Smith. He is survived by: his wife Susan Senft; his grandchildren, Eliza, Wrenn, Alice and Daisy; and his sister Margaret Smith Green of Stevenson.
