He is survived by: his parents, Carla Crisler Sutton and Robert Eugene Sutton; his wife Karen Saunders; his sister Deborah Noon; his brother-in-law Jason Noon; his nephews, Matthew and Daniel Sutton; and his stepsons, Luke, Ben and Caden Theodore.

“I just heard he had passed and I am heart broken. I never met him in person but had always hoped to take a class in the future and finally meet him. His videos and the few emails I exchanged showed him to be a kind and wonderful person. Many prayers to his family, his wife and everyone close to him. He will be missed. And we are all the more blessed to have shared his love of art with him- even if only through his videos.”
