Fischer of New Smyrna Beach; his daughters-in-law, Julie Fischer and Mari Fischer; his stepchildren, Dawn Hoffmaster (Sean), Deneen Schock (Ron), Florence Baumgardner (Alan) and David Rutter (Sara); his grandchildren, Francis J. Pirog III (Amber), Julianne N. Webster (Matt), Katelynne L. Pirog (Josh), Kristen R. Vanmeter (Will), Sophia Fischer, Cayden J. Fischer, Makenna J. Fischer, Nathan (Karen), Elise (Jason), Bryce, James, Elizabeth, Olivia (Brandon), Alan, Adam, Matthew, Michael, Stefanie Kaye (Zakk) and Devon (Anders); his sisters-in-law, Eleanore Esposito and Roberta Kolbe (Steve); his sons, William J. Fischer Jr. of Delta, PA, Robert J. Fischer of Bel Air, MD and David J. Fischer of Newark, DE.; and his aunt Margaret L. Smith.
