He was predeceased by: his parents, Levis Speakman and Gladys Willar Speakman; and his brothers, William and Donald Speakman. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Speakman; his children, Tom Speakman, Jr. (Kelly) of Worton and Patty Hamsher (Doug) of Cordova; his sister Suzanne Murray (Neal) of Hilton Head, SC; and his grandchildren, Megan, Will Speakman, Gabriella and Sariah Hamsher.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Williamson Trade School, Compass Regional Hospice, or Presbyterian Church of Chestertown.
