“It is with great sorrow that we learned of the passing of our friend on Sunday morning while at church. Billy will always be remembered as a uniquely creative man who could make or fix anything. He generously shared his talents with many in the community. Sometimes I would come home to find a bag of pears or other home produced vegetables on my doorstep. His vegetable garden and roadside stand kept many in Stockton and Greenbackville healthy and well fed. May God give him rest. Linda/Hayden”
