Richard Eugene Blevins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Eugene Blevins of Stockton, Maryland, who passed away on April 12, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Quincy Blevins and Eileen Mae Blevins; his brother Robert Quincy Blevins Jr.; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Blevins and Lynn Blevins.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie Lynne Hudson; his sons, Robert Allen (Ashley), Ryan Andrew (April) and Randall Alexander (Sara); his grandchildren, Ryan Jr., Rusty, Raleigh, Payton, Remilee and Avery; and his brothers, Ronnie (Betty) and Danny (Vicky). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
