Marjorie Fletcher Mayer Obituary

We bid farewell to Marjorie Fletcher Mayer of Swan Point, Maryland, born in Patuxent River, Maryland, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 5, 2025 at the age of 80. Marjorie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Riley Fletcher IV and Mildred Milburn Fletcher. She is survived by: her husband Danny Mayer; her daughters, Katie Poole (Tim), Jenny Walker (Jeff) and Susie Crowley (Mike); her grandchildren, Griffin Poole, Caroline Poole, Delaney Poole, Elizabeth Crowley and Ethan Crowley; and her siblings, Libby Sturm and John Fletcher. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church (15848 Rock Point Rd, Newburg, MD 20664). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
