She is survived by: her husband William E. "Bill" Green; her children, John David Cook II (Brenda) of Westernport, MD, Summer Kristen Ford of Swanton, MD and Raven Brittany Paugh (Thomas Paugh) of Norwich, OH; her grandchildren, Delores Clemons, Destiny Cook, Sierra Cook, Robyn Ward, Kaitlyn Ford, Brittney Johnson, John W. Cook, Dawn Cook, Gabrielle Paugh and Nancy Cook; her brother Craig Durst; and her pet Scooby. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
