She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Boyce and Freda Boyce (Rodeheaver); her siblings, Betty Lee, Alverta Sweitzer, Josephine Shaffer, Earl Boyce and Forrest "Vernon" Boyce; and her son-in-law Terry Artice.
She is survived by: her husband Robert J. Collins, Jr.; her children, Cheryl Hinebaugh (Roger), Beverly Marple (Richie), James Collins (Tonya), Tawnya Cady and Eugenia Artice (Ryan Wahler); her grandchildren, Kristal Hinebaugh James (Jesse), Jeremy Hinebaugh, Michael (Kloey), Emily Bowser, Hayden Marple, Jay Bittner (Melissa), Jacob Collins, Tyler Artice, Andrew Artice, Ryan Cady (Megan) and Brielynn Pavelko; her great grandchildren, Jesse, Elaina, Bindi, Farrah and Fallon; and her brother Harold Boyce (Patricia).
She was a member of the Northern Garrett County Rescue Squad, Hospice of Garrett County, the camp nurse for Camp Agape for many years, and a participant with the American Cancer Society.
