In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Idamae's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Idamae's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Obermeier and Flora Obermeier (Zender); her husband Ed Spear; and her siblings, Helen Louise, Thomas Francis, Rosemary and Mildred.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Spear (Mary), Kathleen Fargione (Mike) of Minnesota, Cynthia Tehan (Tim) of North Carolina and Paul Spear (Brenda) of Arizona. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren.
A Mass will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church (208 S 4th St, Oakland, MD 21550).
