She was predeceased by: her parents, Solomon Marquez Caperiña, Sr. and Asuncion Lavares Panaglima; her husband Cesar Solatan Arceo; and her children, Cesar Angelo Arceo and Celia Martina Arceo.
She is survived by: her daughter Dulce; her grandchildren, Celso, Sarah, Cristina, Catherine, Ray, McRae, Sean, Victor and Vincent; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Oliver, Violet, Liam, Angie, Milo, Kalen and Rylan; and her brother Solomon Caperiña Jr..
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel (412 Washington Rd, Westminster, MD 21157). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the St. John Catholic Church (43 Monroe St, Westminster, MD 21157).
