She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Walter Carroll and Norma Dee Jobe. She is survived by: her children, Rachel Koontz of Hagerstown, Tyler Bloom of Manchester and Courtney Bloom of Manchester; the father of her children Raymond Dewitt Bloom III; her sister Beth Carroll of Nashville, TN; and her grandchildren, Ryleigh, Adalyn and Jackson.
