He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Raymond Evans, Jr. and Edna Evans. He is survived by: his wife Marta Evans; his children, Kayla Evans (Will Kowaleski), Kyle Janney (Bryan), Grant Evans and Livia Thewes; and his grandchildren, Everett, Garrett, Brooke and Brody. He is also survived by 4 siblings, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
