Dean leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Dean’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his brother David "Lil Dave" Garrett. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Garrett; his stepfather David Garrett; his father Jeffrey Hartman; his stepmother Deb Hartman; and his siblings, Dylan Hartman (Jennifer Hartman), Sara Vannette (Ryan Vannette), Christopher Garrett (Lauren Garrett) and Tonya Garrett. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
