We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2025, at the age of 78, Joyce A. Fram of Sykesville, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Norris and Mary Norris; her husband Howard Fram; her son Robert Fram; and her siblings, Donnie Norris, Ernest Norris (Carroll), Betty Umstead and Louise Stevens.
She is survived by: her children, Annette Dodson (Danny), Milton Ricketts, Jr. and Mary Conners (Kenny); her grandchildren, Philip Schatz (Beth), Andrew Schatz, Heather Ricketts, Kristina Conners, Zeke Ricketts (Laura), Kasey Conners, Buddy Ricketts and Travis Ricketts; her great grandchildren, Autumn Ricketts, Trinity Buckley, Dylan Schatz, Nolan Schatz, Richard Prettyman Ill and Rylee Prettyman; and her brother David Norris (Betsy).
In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Joyce Fram may be directed to support the Memory and Alzheimer's treatment at Johns Hopkins Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
