He was predeceased by : his parents, Clark M. Loper and Anna Belle Loper (Carey); and his brothers, Dr. Kenneth Loper and Dr. John Loper. He is survived by : his wife Marie Loper (Righter); his children, Richard (Susan Loper), Sharon (John Schutt) and Lauren (Russ Decker); and his siblings, Dr. Gerald Loper and Nancy Geiger. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
