It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Todd Ray McNeill of Sykesville, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on July 31, 2022, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by : his parents, Sterling R. McNeill and Yvonne F. McNeill; his daughter Brielle Grace McNeill; the parent of his child Shannon of Manchester; and his brother Joseph Lee McNeill (Heather) of Westminster. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
