She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie B. Rigler and Utha L. Rigler. She is survived by: her husband Dick Rupert; her son John P. Swomley (Ynita) of Martinsburg; her granddaughters, Natasha Scolaro (Anthony) and Krista Henry (Jamie); her great grandchildren, Audrey and Weston Henry; her brothers, Leslie B. Rigler, Jr. (Eva) and Timothy L. Rigler (Regina); her stepchildren, John S. Rupert (Gaye), Richard D. Rupert, Jr. (Kathleen) and Diana J. Livingston; and her close friends, Sharon Draper, Mimi Ernst and Brenda Yates. She is also survived by step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers it is suggested that contributions be made to the American Heart Association.
