It is with sadness that the passing of Arlene Carole Rice of Taneytown, Maryland is shared. Arlene, born on August 20, 1941, passed away on September 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Arlene will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Theodore Richardson and Dorothy Gold Richardson; her husbands, Carl S. Bell and Donald W. Rice; and her sister Virginia Vollmer.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Davey (Deanna) of Tucson and Scott Davey (Kelly) of Westminster, Maryland; and her stepdaughter Connie Mauk (Larry) of Graniteville. She is also survived by her family, her friends.
