She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlotte Shamer (Cavey) and William Shamer; and her husband Norberto Caraballo. She is survived by: her sons, William "Will" Schaeffer (Lauren Wilder-Schaeffer) of Taneytown and Eric Caraballo of New Windsor; her sister Debbie Crunkilton (Lenny) of New Windsor; her grandchildren, Paxton Schaeffer and Emma Wilder; her nephews, Aaron Crunkilton (Katie) and Adam Crunkilton (Samantha); and her caregiver Aides.
