He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Fogle; his daughters, Sherry Ruby (Kenny Ruby) of Hampstead, MD, Pamela Fogle (Richard Fogle) of Littlestown, PA and Connie Vance (Bradley Vance) of Littlestown, PA.; his grandchildren, David Ruby (Leeanna), Brittany Ruby (Brandon), Shannon, Dustin Fogle, Logan and Rylee Vance; his great grandchildren, Brayden Zick and Hudson Ruby; his sister Susan Fogle; and his niece Stacey Eiker.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Myers-Duboraw Funeral Home (136 E Baltimore St, Taneytown, MD 21787). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Emmanuel Baust Cemetery (2930 Old Taneytown Rd, Westminster, MD 21158).
