A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at 2211 Feeser Rd N, Taneytown, MD 21787.
In lieu of flowers, Ray could be memorialized by a contribution to the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, BridgingLife or Salvation Army, enjoying milk and cookies after ice cream, or offering out of pocket advice to a stranger.
