She was predeceased by: her parents, John Marshall and Juanita Collins (Colebank); her husband Leonard Turk; her grandson Nicholas; and her niece Lori Ann.
She is survived by: her daughter Leslie F. Brown (Mark Brown); her grandchildren, Eric Wilder (Lauren), Douglas Wilder (Maggie) and Lauren Wilder-Schaeffer (William); and her brother Jon Collins. She is also survived by several Nephews and a Niece.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Doris' name to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
