He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Louis Hardman and Constance Gertrude Hardman; and his son Thomas A. Hardman. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Irene Hardman; his children, Carly A. Hardman of Winchester, Virginia, Paul W. Hardman of Frederick, Karen M. Hardman of Winchester, Joseph M. Hardman of Lantana and Elizabeth S. Hardman; his grandchildren, Dylan Sejas, Devin Snyder, Alexis Snyder, Jasper Hardman and Madeline Hardman; his brothers, Bruce Hardman, Steve Hardman and Kenneth Hardman; and his sister-in-law Kathryn Hardman.
