He is survived by: his parents, Jeffery Allan Lapp and Sheria Ann Bloom Lapp of Westminster; his girlfriend Jessica Laughman; his son Carter Allan Lapp of Taneytown; his siblings, Jordan A. Lapp (Megan), Charles A. Lapp (Rachel) and Crystal A. Lapp; his aunts and uncles, Alice (Dave Williams), Carl (Alana Yelton), Ronnie (Ashley Yelton), Russell Lapp and Terri Funk (Debra Lapp); and his extended family, Joe, Diana Laughman, Jake and Ceara Diehl. He is also survived by children; also survived by co-workers and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services (254 E Main St, Westminster, MD 21157). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
