It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Washington Wright of Taneytown, Maryland, born in Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on October 2, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Wright and Alice Popkins Wright; his close friend Dolores Shue; and his siblings, Sally Mitchell and Robert Wright.
He is survived by: his sisters, Evelyn Kelly of Hanover, PA, Pat Nusbaum of Union Bridge, Katherine Petry of Westminster, MD. and Shirley Drechsler of Westminster, MD.. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
