She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Edmund P. Welker and Ethel Welker of Taneytown, MD.; her husband Peter Carl Kline; her boyfriend David Spradling; and her siblings, Sandra W. Smith, Leigh Welker and Ronald P. Welker Sr..

She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Welker and Frank Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and their children.
